Job Description

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the MD of Dennemeyer India Pvt Ltd to deliver overall business strategy in India
  • Account management and account planning
  • Building a strong pipeline of customers with high conversion rate
  • Participating in customer bidding, formulating plans, contract preparation and execution
  • Achieving monthly targets and key performance indicators
  • Using sales forecasting and strategic planning to manage sales, using CRM tool (salesforce)
  • Coordinating and participating in promotional activities, trade shows and industry events

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor s Degree in science or engineering from top college/university.
  • Must have understanding of IPR regime domestically and that of PCT filings, along with prior understanding and connect of Indian legal market
  • Must be a passionate Rainmaker, with demonstrated business development capabilities
  • Preferred candidates may be partners of the law firm, General Counsels of the company or senior BD managers of the law firms
  • Ideally 10 or more years of overall experience with minimum 5 years of BD experience
  • Experience with salesforce or other CRM is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work independently within a virtual and matrixed team structure
  • Availability to travel frequently within and occasionally outside India, as required
