Job Description

  • Drive business development efforts in the region that generates opportunities, enhance Company visibility, and work closely with the team to achieve the assigned targets.
  • Understand Deliverables within RPFs/ RFIs/ RFQs & Effective internal coordination during the proposal stage up to the conclusion.
  • Timely completion of the targets.
  • Map market size, competition and industry trends
  • Maintain and develop client contact database
  • To act as a lead owner and account manager of a potential enquiry till its successful closure
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing proposals for clients
Job Profile:
  • Clarity on the companys service offerings, focus areas & targets.
  • Regional Industry update by gathering market intelligence on industry trends, RE Supply, Upcoming opportunities, including information on clients, IPC/PMCs, Developers, RE brokers, and competitors in the Commercial Fit-out segment.
  • Generation / Confirmation of Potential Leads through effective network enhancement & development
  • Persistent & Punctual follow up of Leads / Enquiries / Prospective clients.
  • Effective representation of company profile
  • Generation of RFPs / RFQs from Prospective Clients
  • Understanding of Deliverables within RPFs/ RFIs/ RFQs & Effective internal coordination during the proposal stage up to conclusion
  • Effective & Consistent Reporting / Escalation to superiors at appropriate stage.
