Job Description

    • Manager/representative to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
    • The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
    Responsibilities:
    • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
    • Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
    • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
    • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
    • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Proactively follow ups the leads
    • Calling the leads & convert into sales
    • Maintain accurate & detailed records of call made & result achieved.
    • Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions accordingly
    • Build innovative strategies to retain key clients .
    • Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution
    • Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention and Post event formalities like sending reports, feedback and testimonials from client, closing the event.
    • Meet prospective clients, ideate, create presentations, prepare proposals, generate business and meet sales targets
    • To collaborate with other functions within the business to ensure consistent delivery
