Job Description

    Company - Leading Insurance Broking CompanyRole - Business Development ManagerLocation - Bengaluru.The job details are as follows-What Youll Do:
    • Develop Growth Strategies: Design and implement effective business development strategies that align with company objectives, driving market expansion and success.
    • Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of Business Development Specialists and interns, providing guidance, support, and professional development to help them achieve their goals.
    • Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Optimize lead nurturing programs to convert prospects into long-term partners.
    • Market Research & Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies and offerings.
    • Drive Sales & Revenue: Identify new business opportunities, lead negotiations, and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
    • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
    • Monitor & Report Performance: Set clear performance metrics, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities.
    • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships to enhance growth and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
    • Analyze & Improve: Evaluate team performance, track KPIs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
    What Were Looking For:
    • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Experience: 5 years in business development or sales with a proven track record of meeting targets and driving business growth.
    • Leadership Abilities: Strong experience in managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
    • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and turn insights into actionable strategies.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other digital tools.
    • Results-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a passion for achieving goals and contributing to business success.
