    We have an opening for Business Development Officer for our client.About Company: Leading Plywood Manufacturing Company with Over 20 Years of Excellence.DESIGNATION: - Business Development OfficerMANPOWER TYPE: - PermanentLOCATION: - BengaluruRenumeration: - Up to 2.5 Lacs PAJOB DESCRIPTION:
    • Prospecting & Lead Generation - Generate Sales Pipeline for all Hot / Warm & Cold leads; and
    • Lead Conversion.
    • Drive Sales through Primary targets through Dealer connects & Sub-Dealer networks.
    • Drive Secondary Targets through cultivating and maintain strong relationships with all
    stakeholders viz - End Customers/ Builders/ Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors /Carpenters etc; Foster long-term partnerships and drive sales growth.
    • Meeting Daily Activities, Targets & Objectives beyond the Threshold level set by the
    company; Demonstrating a proactive approach to achieve sales goals.
    • Organising monthly In-Shop meet & Contractor Meet.
    • Frequent Checking of the existing stock of all SIAM SKUs at all dealer points assigned and
    • take steps to liquidate material; Maintain positive Billing Points.
    • Reporting, & Analysis - Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market.
    • feedback for management review and strategic planning; Daily CRM Entries to maintain
    • regular Activity Flow & Follow-Up.
