Business Development Representative - Fusion360Location: Bangalore- IndiaPosition OverviewAutodesk is disrupting the Design and Manufacturing Industry with Fusion 360, the only cloud-based solution that offers a complete workflow integrating conceptual design, engineering, and manufacturing. The Fusion 360 business is growing rapidly, and we are quickly ramping up the size of the team to support the expanding demand. We are a fast-paced team that is passionate about Fusion 360 and how it can dramatically improve our customers workflows and change the manufacturing industryAs a Fusion 360 Business Development Representative, you will prospect into accounts to increase productivity of the Fusion 360 sales team, identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities. You will interact with clients of all levels in the manufacturing industry across IndiaResponsibilities

  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Specialists (Sales Reps) to build a qualified pipeline of customers
  • Cold call into targeted accounts and follow up in in-bound leads
  • Identify target markets, develop leads and directly prospect into those accounts
  • Transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate inside Fusion 360 Product Specialist
  • Map key stakeholders, technical requirements and business process on all deals
  • Drive additional revenue opportunities by applying incremental programs or projects initiated by sales management
  • Manage a database of leads in Salesforce.com, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining them until they are established in the sales pipeline
  • Proficient in identifying key decision makers in other organizations within the accounts to find additional sales opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year prior sales and / or account management experience qualifying net new business opportunities
  • Previous experience making outbound calls
  • Sound business acumen
  • Ability to work independently whit in a structured, disciplined sales environment
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Previous experience account management - renewals or subscription sales model
  • Previous experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity
  • Formal training in consultative sales techniques Experience with a sales methodology (TAS) and CRM solution is advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience using Salesforce.com
  • Previous business development or lead generation experience
  • Education Level: Bachelors Degree: 4-year College/University degree or equivalent experience
