Job Description

    Development Specialist with 3-6 years of experience, including a background in sales, todrive growth, build relationships, and develop new business opportunities. This role is idealfor someone who combines a passion for sales with a strategic, client-facing approach tobusiness development within an agency setting.Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition && Relationship Management: Proactively identify and pursuenew business opportunities, build and maintain long-term relationships withprospective clients, and drive client acquisition strategies to expand our client base. Sales && Revenue Growth: Leverage your sales experience to manage the entiresales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and ensuringsmooth transitions to account management. Sales Strategy Development: Work with leadership to design and implementeffective sales strategies that align with business goals. Contribute insights intopricing models, proposal creation, and sales tactics.Market Research & & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identifyindustry trends, competitor strategies, and potential opportunities. Use data tooptimise sales tactics and pitch approaches.Requirements: Experience: 3-6 years of experience in business development and sales, ideally witha focus on agency or services-based industries (marketing, advertising, digital, etc.). Proven Sales Record: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets,with experience in building and closing sales pipelines from start to finish. Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,with the ability to build relationships and present complex ideas clearly. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms toachieve mutually beneficial agreements. Self-starter && Results-Driven: Highly motivated, with the ability to workindependently, manage your time effectively, and consistently meet performance metrics
