What were looking for:

You are a Business Intelligence leader with 12+ years of experience in leading teams in adopting new data science and business intelligence technologies, applications, practices, methodologies and tools. You have led teams responsible for highly visible efforts in the data science or business intelligence space that have delivered meaningful and significant business results. You will have experience in transforming large amounts of diverse business data into valuable and meaningful information that can be used to support enterprise-wide business decision-making. Ideally, you will have experience working in the Competitive Intelligence analysis space in a technology company. You will have strong knowledge of the CRM (Salesforce), sales processes and KPIs as well as Business Intelligence systems such as Tableau and Power BI. You have good written and oral communication skills in English language and the ability to transform data into actionable insights for an audience comprised of senior leaders within Sales, Marketing and Product teams in technology organizations.

In this role, you will be a people manager responsible for the Citrix Worldwide Win-Loss Reviews program. You will have the opportunity to work with team of analysts, sales enablement, and sales operations leaders to lead the effort around creating actionable Win/Loss analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of business analysts
• Be a CRM (Salesforce) and Business Intelligence (Tableau and other) expert
• Responsible for the management of the Citrix Worldwide Win Loss Reviews program
• Analyze competitive intelligence data and provide actionable insights based on the analysis
• Present findings and recommendations to Executive Leadership Team
• Publish Win Loss Reviews program metrics and process documentation.
• Manage Statement of Work (3rd. Party Vendor) through project lifecycle to ensure all contract deliverables have been achieved.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of tool enhancements with SFDC IT team, Sales Operations and system vendor.
• Plan, develop and publish Tableau Dashboards to Field Sales stakeholders
• Build and grow a team of Sales analytics and BI experts

Basic Qualifications

• 10-15 years overall professional experience
• 3-5 years in people management
• Undergraduate degree from recognized university
• MBA from recognized university preferred
• Significant experience in creating and delivering presentations for executive audiences.
• Ability to influence executives to drive change
• 2+ years of experience in an analytical/business intelligence role or data science leadership role in an area such as sales operations, marketing, competitive or financial
• Ability to analyze large data sets and use analytical skills to create easy-to-understand, actionable insights for business leaders
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Tableau
• Strong math/analytical and quantitative skills.
• Familiarity with databases and report development. Highly computer literate in Excel.
• Very strong oral and written communication skills.
• Close attention to detail, accuracy, follow-through and excellent organizational skills.
