*Role BI AnalystJOB DESCRIPTIONThe BI Analyst will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. He She will communicate these results to internal stakeholders and clients while often providing suggestions based on the findings. The BI Analyst will query data from multiple databases, use reporting and dashboarding tools to create selfserve dashboards and scorecards. He She will be an individual contributor with the ability to work with a variety of clients, types of engagements, and work situations.DESIRED SKILLS:1. Reporting & Data Management tools - Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and Domo.2. Web Analytics tools - Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Additional Web Analytics, AB testing and Retargeting tools. Basis Statistics Regression, Hypothesis testing, Cluster analysis.3. Programing SQL, R, Python and Java.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDES: Drive work within project teams and with a variety of business stakeholders to ensure that all business requirements are understood, documented, and met Document information needs and functional requirements Provide user stories and selfserve dashboard solutions Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customer and technology stakeholders Research, analyze, recommend, and participate in the deployment of solutions Provide exceptional client delivery and exceed client expectations REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :2 years work experience and intermediate to advanced knowledge in at least two of the following o Data management software Alteryx, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau Prep, SQ o Visualization and Business Analysis Software Tableau, Power BI, Domo etc.Experience presenting datadriven analyses based on business benefits to solve highly complex business and technical problems Ability to break down complex problems into clear and simple terms Ability to systematically consider the implications of problems and solutions in multiple domains at once and solve problems across all domainMinimum Qualifications required is Bachelors in Computer ITMIS.,
