Job Description

    Role Description
    • Drive customer, competition and market research to identify key business opportunities.
    • Driving deep collaboration and cross functional projects with all functions - marketing, customer experience, product, and design for all launches & expansion
    • Create & own category level business plans to meet revenue & customer goals for the business.
    • Continuous monitoring and managing 360-degree view of the business, tracking customer trend, deep dive and problem solve for critical business, product & customer metrics
    • Planning and implementing go to market strategies and optimization for new features, events, and properties
    • Planning and prioritizing the product roadmap for driving customer success for their respective category along with products SPOCs
    • Keeping track of competition, taking initiatives to manage adverse effects of competition activities at the same time building for long term competitiveness for the brand
    Who can apply
    • BTech/BE from IIT/NITs, MBA from tier 1 institutes
    • Min 2 to 3 years of experience in Growth, Business Planning/Analysis, Marketing, Analytics, or strategy roles in any high growth internet set up.
    • Passionate gamers or prior experience in working in gaming startups will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent in stakeholder management with strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to consume/analyze a lot of data, curiosity to understand customer behavior and ability to build in meaningful and actionable insights
    • Need to be inherently inquisitive, with an eye for detail, ability to read between the common trends and identify patterns which are not obvious
    • The ideal person should thrive in the chaos and ambiguity of start-ups and loves to structure and solve the most complex problems.
    • The position requires someone who insist on highest standards, has intense commitment, and willingness to go above and beyond when needed
