The responsibilities for this role include: 1) Operations Management: Responsible for providing actionable insights and advanced analytics to leadership while managing a high-performance team 2) Reporting, Insights & Governance: Drive Operations Reporting for Delivery & Operations Business Units for key performance indicators and governance metrics related to employees time compliance, utilization, pyramid structure, span of control and for developing intuitive dashboards for leadership consumption. 3)People Management - Directly manage a team on a day-to-day basis driving productivity, efficiency, team collabpration and employee skiils enhancement 4) Support to Finance teams: Support various Finance functions from operations perspective for forecasting and budgeting 5) Continuous process improvement: Drive process efficiencies on a continuous basis leveraging technology 6) Collaboration: Work with teams who support Delivery & Operations Business Units on collaboration tools and processes to enrich user experience, compliance and drive programs to meet organization strategic goals; 7) Communication: Support in development of key executive communications and presentationsJob Segment: Manager, Consulting, Business Process, User Experience, Management, Technology ,
