Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tell the story of the Managed Services team internally and externally; set expectations, inform progress, and surface areas where we are blocked with stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on the communication channels, including stakeholder analysis
  • Lead internal projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning, and delivery across the Managed Services teams
  • Create communications across multiple channels to support the Managed Services team
  • Maintain the content management strategy for the Managed Services organization
  • Partner across the Managed Services team to support management with design files and templates
  • Design and help put into action the strategy for facilitating information flow, cascading priorities, and providing the 1500+ person Managed Services team with the insights and data they need to accomplish organizational goals
  • Be a part of larger global Business operations team contributing towards operation supporting our global delivery centers and competency
SKILLS
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills are essential, including ability to present concepts verbally
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
