Job Description

KYC Operations team is seeking a KYC/FCOI Business Process Analyst. The candidate should be detail-oriented, demonstrate strong organizational skills, be a self-reliant problem solver with operational support capabilities, have experience working with various applications and programs and have a strong controls background.Responsibilities

  • Shared Drive Oversight including, but not limited to Aletryx scans, folder and access reviews, attestation review facilitation
  • Meet with cross-functional teams requesting new SharePoint development
  • Support updates to existing SharePoint sites
  • Manage Shared mailbox and distribution list inventory to meet firmwide standards
  • Responsible for directly overseeing maintenance of the tool and compliance with the UT Risk Assessment Standards, risk rating validation and facilitation of user tool certification
QualificationsBachelor s degree or equivalent
  • 5-6 years experience in financial services industry with background in Business Analyst role preferred
  • A high degree of technical acumen / solution design
  • Candidate must have strong written/verbal communication, leadership
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Experience as technical support or business analyst focused on complex application process and procedure analysis and support
  • Collaborative and a high level of comfort and effectiveness in a coordination role, working with multiple functional teams and technology partners
  • Service-oriented individual that demonstrates initiative through problem identification, ownership and resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem solving - proven critical thinking ability
  • Solid interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non-technical members of the organization
  • Possess the ability to set priorities and work with limited direction to achieve desired goals and results
  • Technical experience with any/all of the following technologies: SharePoint, InfoPath, Sequel, MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx, HTML
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in night shifts (timings might vary according to process requirements)
