nullThe Solutions Delivery Business Transformation team will equip markets, businesses, and functions with capabilities to develop, market, sell and deliver solutions to solve the needs of our customers, ensuring consistency, scalability and re-use throughout the company. This strategic program will be a step-change in the value we are able to deliver to our customersThis will unlock business opportunities, contributing to our strategic ambition to grow Solutions to become 35% of our revenue by 2020.You are a part of the Solution Delivery Business Process organization. Closely collaborating with business, markets and transformation teams part of Accelerate! Program, driving sustainable improvement of subscription management capabilities across Philips.In this role, you have the opportunity to make your contribution to the Solutions transformation in Philips. As Business Process Expert , you have a broad audience in the business and markets organization with a specific focus on subscription enablement. You can contribute to standardization and scalability of subscription management processes, including subscription lifecycle management and the end-to-end integration of provisioning, entitlement management, billing and invoicing, recurring payments and accounting processes.You are responsible for

  • Driving process design and standardization for subscription management, ensure alignment with the underpinning IT applications incl. relevant process performance metrics & KPI s and compliance requirements and controls, in teamwork with the other BPEs and under the leadership of the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Solution Delivery.
  • Capturing subscription management business and market needs designing, implementing processes and capabilities, with Philips Excellence Process Framework as a reference.
  • Performing process gap analyses and proposing best practices as input for the process design.
  • Identifying and collecting subscription requirements to be secured during innovation, sales, marketing, fulfillment, service and financial process steps.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, IT and EIM to ensure that IT applications and data models support the business process requirements and design.
  • Being a change agent by clarifying the impact of the new ways of working including the process, IT applications, performance management and learning.
  • Collaborating with Philips University or other parties who develop the learning curricula for the stakeholders identified.
  • Building and maintaining communities of practice in your respective domain and ensuring that people competencies and capabilities are in place to execute the standard solutions in their process domains and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Establishing an accurate process performance impact tracking & reporting, with reference to internal/external benchmarks and relevant targets.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • University degree desirable in Business, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience
  • Minimum 10 years experience in E2E process design or IT architecture in a SaaS/XaaS company in global and multicultural setting
  • Expert knowledge and experiences in Zuora, SAP BRIM or other subscription management software
  • Experiences with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) (e.g. Aris) are a plus
  • Expert in the full range of business challenges and opportunities and industry standards and trends in subscription management
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Professional demeanour and strong communications skills
  • Evidence of successful teamwork with key stakeholder around the globe (f2f, remote)
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written (must)
