Job Description

    We are seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our Operations department.In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our software systems across all departments, driving effective implementation and integration to support our business goals. You will map out internal software, identify and solve process inefficiencies, and guide stakeholders in implementing improvements.Your responsibilities will also include software budget optimization, policy development, and vendor negotiations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in software design, development, or implementation, coupled with excellent project management and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesMap out all internal software used by the companyIdentify and resolve recurring software/process problemsIdentify opportunities for automation and process reductionEngage resources for software configuration, integration, and improvementsOptimize the software budget by managing licenses and payment plansDevise software policies and standardsConsult on new software selection and vendor negotiationsManage the IT team for software access and administration
