Job Description

  • In this role, youll get to:
  • Build and lead a team of Business Systems engineers & analysts through hiring, coaching, mentoring, and hands-on career development
  • Provide deep technical guidance in a number of aspects for Financial, People and Legal systems
  • Work with close counterparts in other departments as part of a multi-functional team, and build this culture in your team
  • You will be based in Bengaluru, but travel occasionally to Philipines, Sydney, Austin and San Francisco
  • You will report to Head of Business Systems, IT

  • Experience with at least 2 SaaS Financial or People systems solutions
  • Understanding and experience building and supporting SaaS solutions
  • Experience with Netsuite and Netsuite administration
  • Experience with Workday and Workday administration
