Role Description: The Transformation Management Consultant will own all activities related to managing change initiatives and implementation projects by tracking metrics, and handling complex analyses, whilst also preparing communications to report back to the client and top management and to our ecosystem partners, board and our leaders of WF Advantage Small Business. This role is primarily that of a strategy consulting with project management office (PMO) and will also be involved in executing Job Responsibilities: The Transformation Management Consultant should be able to leverage his/her experience of management and work with implementation teams, provide support to the team members and be involved in project execution with the client. Working under the guidance of senior team members, he/she will be responsible for: WF Advantage Small Business - 1. Diagnosing the problems faced by the client and providing a clear deliverable outlining the areas for improvement, priorities, impact, roadmap and nature of intervention needed to solve the problem 2. Help the client identify the right mentor/ coach/ service provider in solving the problems or accelerating its profitable growth 3. Creating a programme architecture that will enable the effective coordination and monitoring of the engagement/ transformation journey of the project 4. Developing the overall project sequencing for the identification and management of work stream interdependencies 5. Day to day management of the planning and implementation process with a focus on coordination, communication, tracking and problem resolution 6. Ensuring of content writing, documentation, supporting materials, and project plans updated and readily available for senior leaders 7. Managing activity through a weekly Programme Office session in which the progress vs. plan of all work streams is reviewed Candidate Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 1. 7-11 years of total work experience 2. Experience in IT/ Media/ Entertainment/ Technology/ Consumer goods, Tourism, Travel/ Healthcare/ Food processing/ Engineering goods/ Textiles and apparel/ Auto, Logistics, industries companies in the functions of sales, strategy, operations, finance, information systems, etc. 3. Experience in Strategic skills from a top tier management consulting firm such as McK, BCG, Bain, Big 4, ATK, Alvarez Marshall or equivalent or consultants good at developing strategy 4. Experience in working for SMEs/ small businesses would be an added advantage and would be given a higher weightage in selection 5. Understanding of the principles of change management and performance metrics and dialogs 6. Must demonstrate a willingness to travel and the ability to meet committed deadlines 7.
