Job Purpose: Rapidly achieve autonomy for development and maintenance activities on the product areas following intensive training Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Participate in the technical analysis and design of new features. Code and unit test new functionalities in the product Participate to maintenance of the product through analyzing support requests and fixing customer issues Assure the completeness and quality of deliverables through adherence to the SDLC process, covering design, coding, unit testing and documentation Skills and Qualifications: Graduate in computer science or equivalent (BE or B Tech) with 4 to 8 yrs exp Coding and Design experience in C& C++ Development (Server side programming) Exposure to Oracle/ Sybase as RDBMS & Development tools - Jira, CMS, SVN with exp in UNIX shell scripting Java development experience a plus Experience of development in the context of a mature, large product preferably in wealth management or similar financial software (Exp working in Wealth domain or banking domain is must and do not share profile with printer, healthcare, travel domain etc) Good team player, capacity to work in a worldwide, distributed team Proactive with capacity to work autonomously and to take initiative
