JobRole Event/ Promotion Manager, (Malaysia operations) Typeof role program management Travel Requirement Might need to travel to Malaysia periodically todiscuss requirements with client stakeholders Focusof the role Work with the client team to improve sales through own channel Whythis job exists Strong managers are required to suggest new improvements intothe process and help get mega promotions implemented KeyRoles and Responsibilities- 1. Getthe high level promotion calendar from Malaysia regional office (RO) andcirculate the same amongst the Indian Local office team (LO) to facilitateproper planning of efforts 2. Geta detailed implementation plan from the RO for the events and suggest changesafter discussions with the LO members 3. Workwith the LO members to implement the events and provide updates to the seniormanagers 4. Study the Malaysian smartphoneindustry to suggest new improvements and upon approval, work with the LO andChina team members for the implementation 5. Oncethe base is ready, use internal tools to publish the promotions in the frontend 6. Track/ Analyzedaily event performance and work upon improvements 7. Studythe event statistics after the event and discuss with client stakeholders tounderstand scope for improvement 8. Mustbe Sales Target focused. Knowledge/ Experience/ Education: 1. Engineer/ MBA witha minimum of 5 years work experience 2. Exposure to e-commerce/ analytics/ programmanagement is a plus ,
