Job Description

      • Customer Service:
        • Greet customers warmly and take orders in a friendly and efficient manner.
        • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
        • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
        • Handle cash, card payments, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
      • Food and Beverage Preparation:
        • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies.
        • Assist in food preparation, including sandwiches, salads, pastries, and snacks, following recipes and portion control guidelines.
        • Ensure food and drinks meet caf quality standards in terms of taste, appearance, and presentation.
      • Cleaning and Maintenance:
        • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including the dining area, kitchen, and restroom facilities.
        • Ensure that all equipment is used safely and cleaned properly after each use.
        • Stock shelves and kitchen supplies as needed, ensuring items are kept at optimal levels.
      • Team Collaboration:
        • Work effectively with fellow staff members to ensure smooth caf operations.
        • Assist in opening and closing the caf, following health and safety protocols.
      • Health and Safety Compliance:
        • Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines and maintaining a safe working environment.
        • Ensure compliance with COVID-19 safety measures or any other applicable regulations.
