Job DescriptionAir system & Diesel particulate filter (DPF) Calibration on Engine and Vehicle to meet target emission & performance, for all vehicle/engine segment (PC, LCV, Off-Highway, Genset etc.)Air system calibration on engine test bed and on vehicleAir system models and Model based charge control.Data based charge control.Boost pressure control.PID Control calibration for EGR valve, Throttle valve & Turbocharger.Device library (DELib) calibration for actuators i.e. actuator safety function calibration.Vehicle level calibration (ex. Air control, charge control and boost control) at sea level, higher altitude, high and low temperature geographic locations.Offline pre calibration and validation on labcar for DELib.Support in Field issue resolution pertaining to air system calibration.Customer query handling and supportDPF :Creating EMS software functions and label list related to DPF calibrationPre-calibration of the DPF functionExecuting necessary preliminary tests on the labcarPreparing necessary test set up for calibration activities on the Engine/vehicleDPF SW functionality test in the labcar, engine and on the vehicleExecuting necessary measurements on the engine & Vehicles based on functional experts requirementsExecuting necessary vehicle tests for DPF calibrationExecuting calibration activities on the dyno and real driving conditionsParticipation in customer discussion and updating the status on regularlyCalibration review with calibration functional expertsField data analysis and report creationFrequent update to calibration activity status to internal team and customersCalibration data and status update in ICDM & VCDM,
