Job Details: 1. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution of reported issues2.Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the users on priority3. Work closely with Internal Execution Team and Support Team to ensure smooth and timely resolution of issues reported by the users4. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed5. Guide client users on product features and how to use them6. Update client about new feature developments and enhancements according to client business requirements7. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents8. Consistently gain product knowledge and work towards improvements on internal processes by identifying the existing bottlenecks
