In this role, your goals will be:In three months: Gain an in- depth understanding of the programmatic landscape Be trained on the various Xaxis platforms and tools Contribute to the day- to- day operations of the Xaxis India Programmatic campaign management team and take ownership of simple campaign setups, campaign monitoring and basic optimization In six months: Develop relationships and earn the trust of the India Engagement team Manage and be responsible for branding campaigns from start to completion for an agency Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the Xaxis business including audience planning and insights, Xaxis products and Xaxis Marketplace as part of the overall campaign execution. In 12 months: Be responsible and confidently manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion Become an SME to the internal teams and trusted advisor to the APAC global team Test, learn, share and seek different optimization tactics and share knowledge with the wider campaign management team What your day job looks like at Xaxis: Execute campaign setup trafficking Develop basic yield optimization strategies by monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities to optimize, improve ROI and pitch for incremental revenue Deploy testing methodologies on campaigns under the direction of senior campaign manager Assist the client services team in understanding and conveying technical aspects of campaign delivery, performance and monitoring Provide periodic reports to the stakeholders and senior campaign managers Help to advise/ consult with internal departments regarding advertising inventory, availability forecasting, campaign performance and sell- thru reporting. What you ll bring: Experience in campaign implementation, optimization and reporting, experience with response- driven/ demand generation campaigns Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and technology including ad tagging and site analytics Knowledge and passion for digital marketing: digital display, digital branding, digital direct response, video & mobile Understanding of VAST and VPAID TrueView and YouTube Inventories Minimum qualifications: Bachelor s Degree Required (Bachelor s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Economics, Statistics is a plus) 3+ years of experience in digital media optimization Experience in a quantitative field, including a DSP or SSP/ exchange with advanced analytics and optimization capabilities The ideal candidate will have hands- on experience working with Trading Desks, RTB media (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Google Display Network, or in- house ad- network tools) Sound understanding of ad- server or ad- operations technologies (e. g. , Doubleclick, sizmek etc) Experience with DBM or AppNexus will be preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners More about Xaxis Xaxis is The Outcome Media Company.
