Roles and responsibilities Onboard engineering colleges for Campus Program Develop a comprehensive understanding of engineering colleges. Promote the HackerEarth brand in the campus community and college administration. Work closely with the Marketing and Branding teams to develop appropriate communication around activities and campus programs. Manage channels (website, social media, emails) to promote campus programs. Develop learning and development plans for college students to hone their technical skills. Effectively manage the relationship with the college administration. Track, monitor, and analyze participation patterns and interest of the campus community regularly. Devise end- to- end learning interventions from designing and planning to execution. Provide creative inputs for the Marketing team to prepare a custom marketing plan for various interventions based on the nature of an event, collect metrics related to the event, and create reports and case studies on time. Understand the academic structure in colleges to ensure maximum participation for online events and for the communication of the event agenda to the participants. Share knowledge, required for hosting client- organized events on HackerEarth for colleges, with the campus events team. Promote client events in the campus community. Identify opportunities to sell HackerEarth s products and solutions to colleges. Required skills 1- 2 experience in community management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal skills to build professional relationships with community and colleges Strong planning and organizing skills and the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines Ability to drive results in a dynamic, complex, and fast- paced environment Sound technical knowledge. Additional skills that are an added advantage Experience of working in a role that involves client interaction and managing multiple stakeholders Experience in a product company or startup is an added advantage Previous technology experience will be considered a bonus.,
