Job Description

    • Responsible for the execution of University recruiting programme
    • Proactively support planned campus drives
    • Coordinate with the interview panel and universities for the smooth execution of the campus program
    • Extend offers to the selected students.
    • Ensure timely execution of the post offer engagement activities
    • Prepare and share various analytical reports with the leadership team
    Your skills and experience You have :
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably with 8+ years of campus/recruiting experience
    • Outstanding project and program management skills; productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
    • Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management support
    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Proven, strong campus sourcing ability utilizing multiple, creative sourcing avenues across a wide range of technical and engineering disciplines
    • Proven ability to build positive relationships with multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
    • Ability to work independently with limited direction
    • Flexibility, working at times in ambiguity, while still maintaining positivity
    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
