Job Description

    Team: GPS GCW-CX (Global Contingent Workforce-CX)Location: BangaloreGrade: G9What you ll do:The successful applicant will manage assigned internal stakeholder relationships and suppliers in support of Ciscos Customer Experience Business Function contingent labor needs.Responsibilities include supporting the development of a Category Strategy including delivery channel requirements and KPIs, Savings, SPAR and CSAT targets, internal client relationship management, sourcing, and supplier management. You will directly execute and support the implementation of the Category Strategy. You will remain aware of industry trends and innovations and continuously incorporate into the strategy for Ciscos benefit. You will work with extended stakeholders including the Procurement Operations, Finance, and Accounts Payable Teams to continuously monitor the channel and adapt strategies and plans based on data. You will negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers. You will manage escalations to ensure the continuity of supply.Whom you ll work with:Global Procurement Services at Cisco is charged with redefining Procurement. The successful applicant will be part of a Global Procurement Stakeholder Management Team responsible for Contingent Labor supply for the Customer Experience business functions at Cisco. This team translates Ciscos contingent labor needs into solutions for our business clients.Required Education:
    • Bachelor s Degree.
    • Master s Degree Preferred.
    Required Skills:
    • 8+ Years of Strategic Procurement & Supply Chain Management Experience.
    • Experience with Contingent Labor Category
    • Experience in leading category and supplier management for outsourced services delivery to end customers
    • Demonstrated ability to formulate a Category/Commodity Strategy including Delivery Channel and KPIs, Savings targets and successfully lead to execution.
    • Supplier Management and Development
    • Must be highly collaborative and have demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
    • E2E Supply Chain Understanding and Perspective.
    • Demonstrated ability to utilize Six Sigma, or other recognized Continuous Improvement principles in core role.
    • Strong business acumen.
    • Ability to anticipate impacts of decisions and actions downstream and adjust accordingly.
    • Understanding of labor market trends including talent cloud and the sharing economy.
    • Proficiency with SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass
    • Exceptional communications and presentation skills
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Ability to identify and optimize value streams
    • Ability to demonstrate the following Digital Skills: Cost Accounting and Operations Service Metrics Framework (OaaS), Continuous Delivery, Digital Process Improvement, Analytics and Data Science, Effective Communications based on Data.
    • Familiarity with Cognitive and AI platforms.
