The Operating and Process Model Business Analyst will join the Quality Assurance Transformation Team within CB Controls and Continuity Services to assist in the establishment of a Quality Testing Center of Excellence to drive improved production quality across Know Your Customer (KYC), Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), CB Middle Office and Firm wide Flood Insurance.Job Responsibilities: This position will play a lead role in the management of data integration and modeling initiatives for the QA COE Transformation team, responsibilities are listed below.Partner with the business to understand their needs for operational and management reporting and contribute to optimal data integration solutions in partnership with technologyAssist in defining a strategic data ingestion framework to integrate with quality testing toolingPartner with business and technology stakeholders to review current data feeds to determine if data requirements are metPartner with technology to support documenting application process flows and associated controls to maintain the integrity of the QA and QC dataEvaluate manual processes aligned to population data sourcing and identify automation opportunities for manual processesProvide consultative support to the business to mature QA and QC processes and reduce riskDevelop presentations / storylines to inform stakeholders of key metrics and statusesSupport the development of a strategic QA reporting visionParticipate in design sessions related to reporting standardizationAssist in the definition of a framework for thematic/trend analysis & reporting for QA and QC processesProvide program management support for capacity /employee performance reporting buildoutPartner with business and functional stakeholders throughout the organization on reporting analytics and development sQualifications: BS/BA degree or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail.o Ability to listen effectively and credibly present ideas
