At JPMorgan Chase, Commercial Banking ( CB ) is a top provider of banking services to wholesale clients from small businesses to large, complex businesses with domestic and international needs. CB comprises of Corporate Client Banking & Specialized Industries (CCBSI), Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries (MMBSI), Commercial Real Estate (CRE). Commercial Banking is making significant investments across our business to improve how we interact with our clients in every way.The CCBSI group within CB covers companies globally, typically with revenues of over $500mm, delivering the full capabilities of JPMorgan in traditional banking services and investment banking products. The group partners with investment bankers, credit, payments and other product partners to offer customized and complex financing solutions to clients.The CCBSI Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team strives to be a strategic partner to grow and optimize the business via best-in-class information, analytics, and operational discipline. Partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, F&BM also helps drive key initiatives and process improvements while ensuring that CCBSI s complex and evolving operations are managed effectively. Position Overview CCBSI India team partners with US teams to support overall strategy for CCBSI franchise. We are seeking talented candidates for the Associate position in CCBSI Data, Dashboarding and Analytics team based in Bangalore. This team functions as an internal business analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, sales, and senior management. This position will be responsible for driving the sales reporting, central analytics strategy, working on high-impact initiatives that help drive profitability and efficiency of the business with specific responsibilities outlined below: Primary Responsibilities
• Own and manage end to end Executive Reporting including storyboarding, identifying key report metrics, data aggregation/trend analysis and presenting recommendations to C-Suite management
• Support ad-hoc analyses, proposing data management solutions, and leading process improvement initiatives for Finance, Business Management Associates using data visualization tools
• Represent CCBSI India team and participate in overall India F&BM growth strategy to progress on the path of greater value addition and solve business problems
• Sales analytics - work with large sets of data and stitch it together to drive business insights that guide sales actions and/or result in improved business outcomes (e.g., improve revenues, reduce costs, cross-selling etc.)
• Become SME for key CCBSI metrics and data elements by working with data domain partners to form a comprehensive view of data availability
• Continuously look for opportunities to improve, enhance BAU reporting deliverables using digital tools, process re-engineering skills, innovation, automation etc.
• Stakeholder Management across regions/teams - share best practices, leverage common tools and processes where feasible, e.g., Partner with cross LOB teams, other COEs such as Dashboard factory, robotics, and Tech teams
Qualifications
• 6-7 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements, project management and/or management consulting
• Bachelor s degree required; MBA or related Master s Degree is a plus
• Proven ability to perform business analysis lead end-to-end projects
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
• Ability to drive key aspects of dashboard development including requirements gathering, data reconciliation, and prototype development with Agile methodology
• Hands-on experience with Qlik or similar modern business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI); Exposure to Salesforce and Einstein analytics is a plus
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge (VBA, PitchPro is a plus)
• Exposure to SQL (preference in MS SQL Server and Apache Hive / Impala) or other data analysis tools (Python / R) is a plus
• Familiarity with internal JPMC data systems (e.g., Client Central, CKC) is a plus
