Job Description

The successful candidate for a Credit Risk Analyst position will be expected to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition to achieving and maintaining individual benchmarks for both quality and quantity, a Credit Risk Analyst will be expected to excel in teamwork, have excellent time management skills and a high attention to detail. The Credit Risk Analyst will interact with internal clients to obtain applicable data to perform job duties. A Credit Risk Analyst will also be expected to take on additional responsibilities as opportunities arise.Responsibilities:

  • Review and confirmation of entity ownership structures
  • Review collected data for completeness
  • Prepare entity document summaries for internal processing
  • Transactional compliance with Reg B, FCRA, KYC and HMDA will also be a key responsibility of this Credit Risk Analyst position.
Required and desired qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Real Estate, General Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience
  • Effective at working independently with meticulous attention to detail, strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate markets in the US is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of loan documents, entity structures, and US commercial regulatory requirements a plus
  • Knowledge of current real estate market trends.
