Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree and/or Insurance Credentials (CPCU, ARM, Licensed Broker) preferred
  • 5 7 years experience in commercial property & casualty insurance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Solid understanding of insurance products, operations practices, and regulatory environment preferred
Skills:
  • Business knowledge ability to understand the compliance requirements of the Federal Disaster Protection Act (FDPA); demonstrated experience working in a highly complex business and regulatory environment preferred
  • Team Player strong influencing skills and ability to develop strong partnerships across businesses
  • Communication/presentation - excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence business leaders in a meaningful and actionable manner
  • Networking strong interpersonal skills; exceptional collaboration and relationship building skills
