Loan originations encompasses processing activities from loan application to loan booking onto loan system. These roles are responsible for coordinating the closing and funding activities for new, restructured, and amended loan transactions across business and operational areas. Includes wide variety of responsibilities that may include preparing loan closing documents, reviewing loan / legal documents, participation in deal team meetings, building the loan on the loan system and executing loan funding activities. Loan Originations operations encompasses support activities associated with the origination of credit products. These roles support multiple lines of business in the collection of financial documentation, fulfilment of due diligence activities, documentation preparation and review. These roles partner with bankers, underwriters & various other functions to support client financing needs. They support a wide array of products and services such as Treasury Services, Commercial Real Estate, Credit Instalment Lines & Loans, Equipment Financing, Letters of Credit, ACH, Commercial Cards, Loan Syndications, International Banking and Investment Banking. Under Deal Set-up, They are responsible for reviewing loan packages, booking and funding new loans, renewals, restructures, collateral modifications, and amendments for bilateral commercial loan products in various loan systems. They process Lines of credit and Loan related transactions on multiple loan systems (i.e. ACBS, Loan IQ, and/or VLS). They Assess, collect and post upfront closing / ongoing fees outlined in the booking package.Responsibilities
