Job Description

The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), Process ManagerThis individual will be responsible for driving key projects in the Lending Simplification roadmap, starting with the ACBS Modernization effort. Projects will range in scope and can include process re-engineering, designing new functionality & capabilities, implementing new systems, conversions, end-user testing & training, development of SOP s and the facets of project management required to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the changes

  • Implement governance structure to deliver the transformational initiatives as required in order to deliver desired results.
  • Think strategically and tactically, to achieve deliverables, with the flexibility to adjust to changing conditions & priorities
  • Exhibit project ownership & accountability for results
  • Manage partnerships by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the firm
  • Manage system implementation, portfolio conversion or functionality enhancement initiatives
  • Facilitate organizational changes required for successful adoption of new system/ new features.
  • Provide project management and operational expertise, leveraging experience in WLS operations, bi-lateral products, ACBS system functionality
  • Facilitate the change management process by leveraging proven skills and techniques to help large groups get to consensus
  • Build project infrastructure to effectively manage several concurrent work-streams
  • Communicate project level details and timelines with employees within project teams and WLS
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Previous experience and passion for process innovation, design, and technology with proven success delivering complex, large scale initiatives
  • Must have experience leading operational teams and process change within large Financial Services firms / Banking strongly preferred
  • Subject Matter Expertise in ACBS System functionality
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in lending and other commercial product platforms
  • Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent judgement and independent decision-making ability
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, planning skills and the ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or related Master s Degree
