The CBS Global Assistant supports select CBS leaders (senior professional/upper level management) across functional areas with typical administrative tasks (travel, calendar, expense reporting, etc.), SharePoint management, and coordinates updates to various global resources on our website. With general guidelines and limited oversight, this position is expected to make independent decisions within the scope of duties, communicate actions as necessary, and course-correct if needed.Principal Accountabilities50% Executive AssistantCoordinate international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and meetingsManage multiple calendarsPrepare certain meeting agendas, communicate with participants, assemble and distribute materials as neededProcess expense reports, complying with traveler s home country requirementsEnsure travelers have all necessary paperwork (e.g. visa) for destination(s)40% Global Administrative SupportCoordinate, edit, publish materials from multiple sources, with varying degrees of confidentialityPublish communications on CBS IntranetOrganize and manage SharePoint 2013 and O365 SharePoint sitesShare leadership of remaining site movements to O365 SharePointAssist Sr Global Assistant with face to face meeting planning10% Other duties as assignedEducation, Experience, SkillsMinimum Required QualificationsGraduate 16 years of formal education4-5 years of experience in Admin related activitiesBasic to Moderate Microsoft SharePoint and Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skillsDemonstrated ability to meet the deadlines of multiple stakeholders with competing prioritiesClear communicator, written and verbalHandles sensitive information with cautionStrong attention to detail: formatting, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.Able to flex working hours as needed, to work with stakeholders in the AmericasPreferred QualificationsIntermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office & SharePoint skillsBasic graphic design experienceBasic vendor management experienceProactive, curious, and open to change; appropriately challenges the status quoConfident working independently,
