Key Role responsibilities Produce Business performance review reports (EMRs) and other decks to an audience that includes senior business management leads, Business Leaders heading various levels within the Field Heirarchy of Business Banking. The reports contain updates / trends of headcount, performance metrics and financial numbers with comparisons to Budgets, targets and previous year trends.Provide commentary and insights on business performance facilitating discussions on exceptions in trends and other focus areas and bringing the same to management attention.Play a key role in conceptualizing and developing new reporting decks for tracking and driving performance around various field initiatives.Drive automation of standard reporting deliverables through Tableau Dashboarding, that would involve extensive interaction with various leads in the US Field Finance Organisation.Support adhoc requests from the Business and Senior Management in line with their expectations.Own Cost center hierarchy management for the field organizationHandle responsibilities relating to Field expense PnA support (Month close, Field expense Budgeting / Forecasting, expense reporting etc)- The role would also involve people management responsibilities for a small team with highly specialised work area.Skills / Competencies Needed/Education Qualifications:CA/MBA (Finance) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience with specialized experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Finance, Field Performance reporting.Strong team/ people management skillsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and partnering skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work autonomously within team environmentAbility to research issues/problems and provide a solution-based approachAdaptable to change and ambiguity in the work environmentStrong knowledge of Tableau, Excel and PowerPointStrong knowledge of Essbase,
