• Monitoring and Performing Server, NW, Storage , Env health , Antivirus, Monitoring Agents, check and taking required action.
• Follow-up with client and vendor for any information and issues.
• Prepare and collect consolidated handoff for Server (Windows and Linux), NW, Storage , Env health , Antivirus, Monitoring Agents mail in every shift.
• Prepare and validate Backup and restore reports and taking required action.
• KMDB Update (Service Now)
• Alerts Monitoring and taking action on the same.
• Patching for Windows and Linux servers, Should have experience of technical steps, process and client interaction.
• New Server Build sheet development in consultation with customer, undertaking actual execution of the build including Tools installation, server hardening , tagging.
• Based on the individual technical skill can take-up L2/L3 task.
• Experience in AD, ADFS, NIS, VPN, Cloud console access etc. Access Management
• Adherence to guidance provided senior leads and managers. Following process documentation.
• Preparing & validating any reports as necessary.
• 24x7 Support
• Exposure and understanding on Azure Backup
• Azure Skills
  • Public Cloud building blocks, compute, backup, storage, network and disaster recovery.
  • Managing on Production Environment
• Work Experience
  • Should have 1-3 Years experience on Server Administration and Support
  • Exposure to Cloud Support Technologies and Platforms

CCP Engineer: L2

• Mentoring L1s resources on any issues and process related queries.
• Undertaking of resolution of Service Incidents and requests that cannot be handled by L1 resource (non-standard tasks where work instructions are not available)
• Based on the individual technical skill can take-up SME task.
• Support L1 team for Patching for Windows servers, Linux servers.
• Ensuring SLA adherence on all ticketing tools.
• Critical Server Hardening/ Server onboard validations.
• AV validations.
• Configuration and development of Access management work instructions based industry best practices.
• Has to follow instruction provided by Managers/Leads/SME
• Adherence to guidance provided senior leads and managers. Following process documentation.
• Preparing & validating any reports as necessary.
• Azure Skills(Mandatory)
  • Public Cloud build blocks, compute, backup, storage, network and disaster recovery.
  • Designing and Managing on Production Environment
• Exposure and experience on Azure Backup
• 24x7 Support and On Call Support
• Work Experience
  • Should have 3-6 Years experience on undertaking Server Administration and Support
  • Exposure to Cloud Support Technologies and Platforms

CCP Engineer: L3

• Work Experience
  • Should have 7-10 Years experience on undertaking Server Administration and Support
  • Exposure to Cloud Support Technologies and Platforms would be beneficial.
  • Deep understanding and Experience of Performance Analysis of Server , storage and Network and undertake resolution of issues on the same.
  • Troubleshooting experience of Windows issues like BSOD, Kernel Panic, Memory Leak and similar technical issues.
  • Deep understanding and experience of clustering technologies (design , build , troubleshoot and operate) Specific to Windows and Linux
  • Separate line for Network
  • Deep understanding and experience of Identity Access Mgmt especially AD and NIS (design, build troubleshoot and operate)
  • Extensive Experience in Scripting Powershell, Bash and Python.Windows / Linux Certification e.g. Azure Administration, RHEL
