    • Description :(Roles and Responsibilities) Assist the corporate chef in all aspects supervising food quality, production and costs. Assist in preparation procedures, presentation standards, observing methods of preparations, verifying portion sizes and ensuring corporate standards for food quality are consistently met. Product R&D for new and old recipe development as per menu requirement and Manage food costing and Inventory Assist in preparation procedures, presentation standards, observing methods of preparations, verifying portion sizes and ensuring corporate standards for food quality are consistently met. Manage food costing and Inventory at all outlets Pan India Coordinating with suppliers, vendors, purchase department. Excellent negotiation skills to negotiate best prices and deals with vendors. Assist in recruiting, training, assigning duties and supervising staff at every Roastea outlets. Maintaining of daily, weekly, Monthly cleaning hygiene and inventory reports, in co-ordination with Quality Controller. Team building, Training, induction of new joined staff. & arrange training sessions time to time. Smooth kitchen operation, preparation of food and delivery at prescribed SOP. Ensuring safety standards, follow equipment inventory. Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations. Makes recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen equipments. Maintains effective communication skills by interacting professionally with co-workers. Have good organizing skills to arrange and maintain records of available stock effectively Ability to work in flexible hours, need to travel for company requirement all over India Commi
