Manager Financial Planning and AnalysisRole - Manager - Financial Planning and AnalysisKey accountability :a) Preparation of Annual Operating Plan and Forecast on a quarterly basis.b) Cost optimization and Branch wise Profitabilityc) Determination of Break up even point and provide inputs with regard to optimising overall cost for the companyd) Optimizing business plan to rationalize cost and build a realistic business plane) Analyses profitability and Variance by creating suitable templatesf) Submits monthly financial review MIS g) Evaluates opex variance, clarifies reasons for the difference by way of understanding the nature of expense through discussion with various functions, and suitably suggests changes to budget to aid opex controlh) Facilitate review of profitability through management meetings by providing analysis on yield, cost of borrowing etci) Timing of Capital infusion/ Projected CRAR, DE ratio j) Timely comparative industry reportsExperience and Skills :Education : CA/ MBA in finance from reputed instituteExperience : 2-5 years in business planning/budgeting along with preparation of projected financial statementSkills and competencies :- Analytical skills- Excellent excel knowledge- Good presentation and communication skills- Systematic approach towards work- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management- Perseverance, drive and dedicationThis job opening was posted long time back.
