Job Description

  • Primary lead on Business Strategy Execution projects involving in tasks of creating detailed project plans, engaging key business stake holders, monitor progress with deliverables and timeliness.
  • Interact with business users including management and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Partner with ADM and project manager(s) to translate business requirements into approved process scripts, track on Quality Central.
  • Front lead/Monitor new enhancements through UAT testing, Sign off and Implementation
  • Engage with operations metric owners from each business unit to identify metrics on annual basis, track causes behind data trends/irregularities and implement remediation plans on issues/misses on business identified metrics.
  • Identify and analyze data necessary to support periodic reporting and business cases
  • Create and maintain reports for the senior management team and business unit level managers of Operations
  • Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation
  • Liaise with key stakeholders and subject matter experts including: Compliance, Investment Bank, Treasury Services, Consumer Bank, Technology, Legal and Internal Audit for various business and functional tasks
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of monitoring technologies and monitoring strategies. Apply his knowledge to Investigate issues and opportunities(FinCEN, Capital Confirmation) projects, determine solutions and resolve issues
  • Document current state of processes as required in Process Modeling exercise, roles and responsibilities, metrics, key challenges and risks and initiatives under-way or in plan
  • Assist in defining, end-to-end process flows, hand-offs, controls and metrics and partner with senior team members to define a target Operating Model which consolidates support into streamlined core/utility teams and gain key stakeholder approval
  • Create partnerships with the various regional operations teams to drive Value for scale(Audit Center of Excellence), transition and create a single processing hub for better customer experience
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and work with other Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure that overall project goals are met
  • Partner with operation on annual budgeting exercise, monthly head count and unit cost forecasting for compliance services
  • Vendor management w r t annual contracts, monthly reporting, TPO action plans and closures
  • Bachelors degree, plus 4-6 years of operations experience in handling Investment banking products
  • Minimum 2 years Business Analyst work experience
  • History of success working in a team environment
  • Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, oral and written communication and presentation skills
