Job Description

    Position: Change Manager Location: [Add Location e.g., Bangalore] Experience: 6 12 Years Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive and support organizational change initiatives. The role involves planning, managing, and executing change strategies to ensure smooth adoption of processes, systems, and technologies while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans for projects and initiatives.
    • Conduct impact analysis and readiness assessments to understand change implications.
    • Engage and support stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Design and deliver communication and training plans to drive adoption.
    • Monitor progress, track adoption, and address resistance to change.
    • Work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
    • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
    Skills & Requirements:
    • Proven experience in organizational change management (OCM).
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Kotter).
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to influence at all levels and manage cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
    • Experience in large-scale transformation or ERP/IT implementations preferred.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field.
    Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI) is an added advantage
