The Technical Manager will be part of the ASIC Characterization team located in Israel focused on Analog IPs that are developed for WDC flash controllers (ASIC)Oscillators, PLL, Regulators, Temperature detectors, Voltage detectors and many more.The Technical Manager will be responsible for:- Technical Development for the engineers in the team - Implementing the test method standards and use of tools - Manage the lab budget for equipment, calibration and HW - Deliver testability requirements at the ASIC design phase (pre-silicon) - Plan the tests to cover the Analog IP s in the controller - Plan the needed hardware to support the test plan together with the HW team - Performing the tests plan along with the engineers and track the project time line to meet the tasks The work includes use of various technologies and Hardware platforms, specialize on Lab measuring equipment (Oscilloscope, Function generators, Power supplies, DMM), developing automatic tests using VBA,execute the tests plan and debug issues in the ASIC together with WDC analog designers.The Technical Manager will lead 2 local Characterization Engineers in the first phase and expected to work on 2-3 projects in a year according to the WW Chaz team workload.,
