Job Description

    Position Title: Chief Financial OfficerLocation: Bangalore Responsibilities - Providing strategic recommendations to the Management on investments and business growth decisions. - Identifying investment opportunities; maintaining relationships with the investors, banks, financial partners and auditors, exploring fund raising options for the business.- Act as a financial counsel to the heads and evaluate strategic alliances.- Focus long-term business and financial planning and Cash flow management.- Involve in strategy building for the organization to promote revenue, profitability, and growth of the organization.- Review and ensure accurate financial reports and statements. - Establish and optimize finance operational strategies and ensure best business practices to reduce business risk and meet the overall objectives.- Lead accurate and timely preparation of financial forecasting, budgets, taxation, audits, documentations, business contracts. - Adherence to company operational procedures, policies, agreements, and compliances. Minimum Qualifications: - CA/CS or MBA in Finance.- Minimum 10 years of finance & accounts experience.- Knowledge of corporate law and risk management practices.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong business acumen and results-oriented approach.- Experience in start-up is an advantage,
