Job Description

    Assignment: The Chief of Staff will support the Chief CSR Officer in advancing strategic projects and initiatives across the CSR spectrum, including Diversity and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, and Digital Inclusion. This role requires high-level coordination with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and successful implementation of CSR initiatives. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all CSR-related matters, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across functions and with external partners.Core Responsibilities
    1. Strategic Leadership:
    Assist the Chief CSR Officer in developing and implementing the overall CSR strategy, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, and Digital Inclusion.
    1. Stakeholder Management within CSR and other Group Functions:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders related to all CSR functions.Coordinate efforts among various CSR initiatives, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
    1. Project Coordination and delivery:
    Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic and transversal projects across Diversity and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, and Digital Inclusion.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, including DPEF and board updates.Anticipate, and support the building and delivery of key strategic documents for the GEC, GEC and others key moments that matter across the Group.Coordinate key CSR events, including network calls, workshops, etc.Engage and motivate diverse teams across the organization to champion CSR initiatives.Support the social media strategy by generating ideas and content to effectively communicate the Groups CSR commitments and initiatives.Profile
    • Language Skills: Fluent in Business English
    • Communication Skills: Great writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling reports and presentations.
    • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
    • Consulting Experience: Experience in strategy consulting or a related field is an asset.
    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; strong analytical skills.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster engagement and collaboration across a multicultural environment.
    • Educational Background: Relevant education in Social Innovation, Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion, or related fields is preferred.
    • Passion for CSR: Strong interest in Diversity and Inclusion, Environmental Sustainability, Digital Inclusion, and corporate social responsibility; personal experience in volunteering is a significant asset.
    • Autonomy and Proactiveness: Strong ability to work independently and take initiative in driving projects forward.
