Chief Operating Officer - Corporate servicesWe have been retained by our client , a well - established , professionally managed Multinational Company headquartered in Singapore to identify a Chief Operating Officer - Corporate services to be based in Bangalore. JOB PURPOSE: To provide a full range of corporate services to clients. To simplify the day - to - day administration , legal , compliance and corporate governance services , and provide valuable business insights to assess business risk.To help clients set up offices , get licenses and permits , advise on local legislation , compliance and regulatory issues and provide ongoing services like payroll , accounting services , taxation , processes and technology required to make them operational.RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop business plans for penetrating new accounts and managing existing high - profile clients while maintaining strong relationships.To formulate and implement the marketing policies keeping in view the Company s profitability and objectives.Leading , growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and making them successful leaders.To ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.Cultivation of new sales and business development activities to sell and deliver Corporate Services to international and domestic clients.Represent the company by organizing , leading and participating in key industry forums , thought leadership events , seminars and networking events. Identifying , qualifying , and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.Responsible of ensuring highest degree of client satisfaction and promoter NPS score.Building business relationships with current and potential clients.Manage and reduce costs on standard offerings , assets , technologies , licenses , facilities , subcontractors (where required).May participate in the development of standard costing of new services / contracts and sign off on commitment to proposed Service Level Agreement.Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.Provide training and mentoring to members of the business development team.Develop and deliver pitches for potential investors.DESIRED SKILLS : Self - starter , entrepreneurial and enthusiastic.Strong networking.Excellent communication , presentation and negotiation skills.Target and Result Oriented.Willing to travel throughout India and abroad to meet current / prospective clients and intermediaries.A strong team player with sense of professional integrity.Ability to interact effectively with the senior global management team.CANDIDATE PROFILE: Candidates should be Chartered Accountants or MBAs from premier business schools with about 15 to 20 years relevant Indian Accounting & Finance experience and senior management experience within the Professional Services , Accounting , or Financial Services sectors.Demonstrable experience of successfully building and managing an F&A business in India with an international client base. Experience of working with any of the Big 4 accounting firms will be preferable.Desirable if he / she has worked in a Big 4 firm in India.
