Job Description

Develops Marketing strategies and data governance for all of the businesss marketing campaigns and activities. Ensures our marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested.Reports to Chief marketing officer. Responsible for managing & delivering Sales targets, demand plan and forecasting, preparing budgets and individual &team targets.Description:Oversees, manage & develop the sales department to support sales delivery and business growthMaintains and builds key strategic relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in support of business deliverySet- ups, implements and manages annual sales targets.Delivers annual sales plan for each sales regions incl targets and resource requirements.Develops sales budget and monitors and reviews periodicallyAgrees, communicates and manage teams sales incentive (bonus) plans with regular feedback and coaching to ensure motivated team.Continuously follow sales progress compared to phased budget.Recommends corrective actions in case of gap to plan. In case new opportunity appears suggests actions to grab it.Build customer database in order to enable the team better focus and target customers.Continuously monitors and reports competitors action and movesWorks closely in collaboration with marketing, technical and commercial operations to delivery campaigns, technical field and operationsSupports Sales team with training, mentorship & marketing activities and building talent pipeline for the futureIdentifies new potential products and integrated solutions involving the technical team and other stakeholders.Provides timely sales reports to the Management and other indirect stakeholdersDevelops strategy to retain talent. Develops R & R model for sales forceDevelops training and development plan for sales team and monitors execution and effectivenessSupports Management team to deliver compliant & growth in business.,
