We are good listeners; so don t hesitate to share your ideas , requirement or feedback Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm306 Mahavir Idustrial EstateJob Type - Full Time , Description Requirement - Candidate should be experienced IT professional with over 8+ years of experience in end to end Javascript , Java / Nodejs , JQuery , MySql stack (mandatory) Candidate should be Engineering graduate from tier 1 school or other top tier academic credentials (mandatory) Candidate should have excellent understaing of latest technologies and upcoming technology trends (mandatory) Must be hands - on with writing code and highly capable to help team with any technical problem (mandatory) message queuing / pipelines (RabbitMQ , cloud - native) , NodeJS , MongoDB , React JS etc (mandatory) Must have experience with B2C internet technology plaform development like eCommerce (mandatory) Must have experience with IT budget creation , tool evaluation and optimizing IT cost Must have experience with team management , project management , technical evaluation of team members , performance assessment of team members Hands on experience with the technologies for Supporting stream logging (Kafka spark) , storage (MySQL or cloud native) , parsing / querying / searching (Logstash , Elastic Search , kibana) , caching (Couchbase , aerospike or cloud - native) , Sound knowledge of relational databases , including schema design and advanced queries Must be familiar with advanced principles of object - oriented analysis , design and programming Demonstrated experience in large scale technology eco - system development for mobile and web applications Experience in big data , data science is preferred Should have experience in implementing Developer ecosystem IDE , code - repository , bug - tracking , release - tracking , CI / CD etc Good understanding of cloud computing architecture , technical design and implementations using cloud vendors like AWS / Azure etc Understanding of AI and Machine Learning , Analytics and data science is preferred Understanding of Whispering agent and chatbot exposure will be added advantage Work Profile - You will be tasked to carefully formulate & implement Build vs Buy Decision strategy to ensure complete focus , timely product development and achieve overall strategic dominance You will be planning technical strategy , product roadmaps , resources requirement and technology cost / budget You will own technical & architectural decision making , and be responsible with defining strong engineering processes to establish rhythm , plan product releases and ensure timely delivery You will ensure excellent uptime for architecture , database , platform , and front - end applications for faster response time and 24 / 7 availability You will deliver an excellent user experience to consumers / customers , ensuring a frictionless insurance claims experience to improve customer loyalty & ensure higher conversion rate and average basket size You will be responsible to monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance You will manage IT vendors and outsourcing partners for product development , management , hosting etc You will provide leadership and direction to direct reports and small agile teams across a variety of complex projects spanning web development , backend services development and multiple languages You will be responsible to Use stakeholders feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology You will partner with functional and product management teams to deliver business needs and provide input to the strategic direction of product development , directly influencing the business direction of new and existing products You will closely & constantly engage with the CEO and the leadership team to understand the vision & ensure the strategic evolution of back - end architecture , code - base , and product design to realize the same. You will be closely engaged in developing technology business plans and budgets that support the short - term budget & long - term growth and business objectives of the organization ,
