Job Description

    Experience Level: 2-5 years Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chip Level Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing electronic components at the chip level. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues in integrated circuits, ensuring the functionality and performance of electronic devices. Key Responsibilities: Chip Level Troubleshooting: Identify and analyze issues in integrated circuits at the chip level. Utilize schematics, datasheets, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and diagnose problems accurately. Component Replacement and Repair: Perform component-level repairs on electronic devices, including soldering and desoldering. Replace faulty chips and other electronic components with precision and attention to detail. Quality Control: Conduct thorough testing and quality checks on repaired devices to ensure proper functionality. Implement and adhere to quality control standards to meet or exceed industry specifications. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, including components replaced and testing results. Provide clear and concise reports on the status of repaired devices. Collaboration: Continuous Learning: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and quality assurance, to resolve complex technical issues. Communicate effectively with team members and provide input on improving product reliability. Stay updated on the latest advancements in chip-level technology and electronic components. Attend relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills. Qualifications: Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Chip Level Technician or similar role. Diploma or Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong understanding of electronic circuits, integrated circuits, and microelectronics. Proficient in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Hands-on experience with soldering and desoldering techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of precision in component-level work. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with repairing and troubleshooting consumer electronics or similar devices. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in chip-level repair. Certification in electronics or chip-level repair is a plus.
