Job Description

    As a member of the Cash Account Registry Service team at JPMorgan Chase, your role will involve focusing on the end-to-end lifecycle of Registering accounts into the platform, ATLAS. You will collaborate with all lines of business across the bank to ensure accurate reflection of Nostro accounts in the platform and oversee the ongoing maintenance of the registered accounts.**Key Responsibilities:**- Manage a team of analysts, overseeing their day-to-day responsibilities, development goals, objective setting, and execution against those objectives.- Ensure the teams compliance with all required controls and Audit requirements.- Partner with other team leads within Registry to maintain a cohesive and highly organized operation for stakeholders.- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class service experience.- Process Account Opening, Closing, and Amendment requests through the ATLAS platform.- Proactively identify areas for improving process quality, control, and productivity.**Qualifications Required:**- 3 years of people management experience.- Attention to detail.- Well-motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to work as a team player.- Good communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external parties.- Awareness of and compliance with relevant policies, controls, regulations, and escalation protocols.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Practical experience of Microsoft Excel (metrics and data analysis), Word, etc.- Basic understanding of the companys business practices and familiarity with its products and services.- Understanding and experience of Data Governance principles would be advantageous.Joining JPMorgan Chase presents you with an outstanding opportunity to contribute to one of the Banks most significant operational programs and be a part of a high-profile team.
