The Securities Services Client On-boarding team within the Product Development organization is responsible for identifying and leveraging innovative technology solutions to provide new capabilities and enhance internal processes in support of the breadth of Securities Services products.This position is for a Business Analyst to help draft requirements for the strategic entitlements platform, replacing the existing complex toolset. The applicant will work with various stakeholder groups, including operations, client service, external clients and application product owners and tech teams. The applicant will be responsible for driving all aspects of execution, including application integration, client integration, reference data readiness and operations model definition. Socializing the platforms features with various key stakeholder groups is a recurring activity.The successful candidate will be comfortable with complexity: proficient at gathering and refining requirements, documenting business processes from end-to-end, creating high level solution architectures, and driving agreement on deliverables across CIB tech, C&FS tech, application owners, Operations, Client Service, senior management, and various other stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor s degree required.Ideally holds a BA certification from a recognized internal or external body demonstrating a commitment to maintaining recognized BA standards.5+ years of leading projects, defining target state architecture and roadmap.2+ years of business analysis and requirements gathering experience driving changes through project based initiatives.Superior ability to structure, scope and present complex problemsDemonstrated communication and diplomacy skills to effectively work with multiple cross-functional teams across management levels, driving results and successfully implementing simultaneous projects.Demonstrated strong verbal, written and inter-personal skills combined with strong analytical and problem solving skills.Motivated self-starter who networks effectively and is tenacious in achieving resultsStrong time management skills, with an ability to multitask and work under pressureGood knowledge of the Products and clients served by C&FS are an advantageThe role is based in Bengaluru; however the post holder should be prepared to engage with colleagues across regions and time zones,
