Job Description

    Hi Candidates,We have urgent openings for below position.Details:Location: Mumbai/BangaloreExperience: 4 to 9 yearsShifts: Rotational 24X7Gender: Females/DiversityJD:Citrix Server AdministratorConfigure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.Deploy and manage virtualized applications through Citrix App Layering or other technologies.Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and seamless delivery.Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 2 support.Collaborate with Level 3 support and vendors for advanced issue resolution.Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.Skills:Citrix VDI, Virtual Apps and Desktop, including Provisioning Server, MCS, WEM, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler, Image creation
