Job Description

  • Organisation:
Founded in 2007, they own 3 brands, an upscale casual dining South Indian vegetarian restaurant chain, casual dining South Indian non vegetarian restaurant chain and a highly scale able South Indian vegetarian quick service restaurant chain. Currently they operate 15 restaurants across Bangalore, Pune and Himachal Pradesh and plan to open over 250 restaurants in cities across India and overseas shortly. Catering Division: They are also into Corporate Catering, serving some of the top brands, with more than 30,000 meals every day. Currently operation in Bangalore and Pune, the catering division will also have new cities and clients being served in future. This particular position is within the catering division
  • Role: Will handle the entire catering operations for Bangalore city - P&L and Customer experience
  1. Completely responsible for Operation level performance and action
  2. Plan and execution of the entire proposed plan at Operation Level
  3. Account Level cost Budgeting & planning
  4. Dealing with all kinds of Client proposal & Business Requirement , Vendor development and all support to team
  5. Coordination with Entire support Team for smooth functioning of the Operations & Productivity
  6. Helping Team to fill the gap of Manpower, Supply, Production, Customer Satisfaction
  7. Thorough followup in Email & Verbal communication with the Clients and Internal Team
  8. Complete Responsibility of Food Cost at all account levels & Central Kitchen Cost
  9. Coordination with the production team to ensure right quality & quanity as per SLA
  10. Working closely with QHFS team to ensure SOPs are followed as per defined SLA
  11. Complete Responsibilties for non- food & transport cost
  12. Delivering Customer Delight with food quality & Customer interactions
  13. Ensuring all customer audits to be taken care and ensuring fulfilling of recommendation from Customer and Auditors
  14. Complete Responsibilities of P & L and MIS closure
  • Candidate:
  1. Must have 5+ years experience in handling Industrial Catering Operations
  2. Must have handled 7-8 clients simultaneously for their catering needs
  3. Should have managed 10-15K meals per day at multiple client locations
  4. Experience in managing large teams
  5. Should be currently a Manager, handling catering operations
  6. Excellent communication and people skills
